Domestic and ethnic blends can transport you to a place and time without traveling. This class is an opportunity to explore familiar and not so familiar blends to excite your palate and effortlessly diversify your cooking.
The Capstone! DIY your own spice blends using some of your favorite spices, and some that may be new to you. Using the Spice Wheel, create a one of a kind, made-by-you blend. Or use recipes provided to recreate blends that you already love. Everyone will leave with three, make and take spice blends and the knowledge and confidence to spice with reckless abandon!
