Free Pilot: Building the Perfect Wing

For this introduction to Spice School, we're starting with wings. 

This is not a recipe class. I don't hand out recipes and send you home to follow instructions. Spice School is about learning to build flavor yourself, so you can walk into any kitchen with any ingredients and know what to do. Wings are just where we start for our pilot class.

You do not need any experience. You do not need a fancy pantry. You just need to show up curious and ready to taste.

Here is what to expect:

• Taste real food
• Sample high-quality spices you may have never tried before
• Hands-on the whole time, no sitting and watching
• Walk away with a flavor trick you'll actually use again
• Take home a little something to keep building on
• No pressure to get it perfect, just come taste and learn

 You will leave with a real framework for building flavor, not just a new recipe.
