  • 1 lb ground lamb (or all ground beef if preferred)
  • 2 large eggs, whisked
  • 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped mint
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 2 teaspoons coarse Salina Salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cracked Robusta Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for browning
